Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
- Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- Damages: caviar.id is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (perishable goods and high-end accessories), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure quality and safety.
- Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Perishable goods such as fresh caviar cannot be returned once the cold chain has been broken or the package opened.
- Return Period: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (non-perishable items only).
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
