Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (perishable goods and high-end accessories), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure quality and safety.

Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Perishable goods such as fresh caviar cannot be returned once the cold chain has been broken or the package opened.

Return Period: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (non-perishable items only).

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
